Wills appoint executors to pay your liabilities and distribute your assets when you are no longer here. They set out who will inherit your possessions and assets and make contingencies for your beneficiaries not being here to receive them. They can suggest guardians for your children and set rules for how any person named as a beneficiary who is under 18 can receive their inheritance.
We will advise you as to whether your estate is, may become, liable for Inheritance Tax and of any steps you may be able to take to limit that liability.
